I feel he is a good candidate if we needed an entry level HCL. He has home care sales experience, but he is mostly talking to people by phone in his current position. He does some outside events and community outreach, but this is not the primary focus of his job. He wants to do an outside sales type of role. His assessment is way off on the ability to work independently, and his level of "drive" for a sales role is not where we would hope it would be.
