Client Dr Samuel Freedman re Increase

Good morning Cheryl, I spoke with the son Bram Freedman this morning, he=E2=80=99s not happy with= the increase. He would like to speak to someone from upper management. As w= ell, his parents want to know that some of the increase is going to the care= givers. We have a very good relationship, they=E2=80=99re very happy with care, and w= e=E2=80=99ve been very attentive to them. His number is 514-862-4947.
