Today you will be receiving your finalized 2021 financials. As a note, we have officially sunset your Google Sheets LTM files, and you will now be receiving your financials directly from our new financial reporting software. Instead, you will be receiving an email from ADCAdmin@planful.com with your detailed December actuals in a Google Sheet that should look similar to the LTM report you are familiar with. The report does not yet include headcount or non-financial metrics (e.g. client and caregiver census), but we aim to include these data points in the future. Please reach out if you run into any issues with your new reports, or if you do not receive them. Our team is also reorganizing how we support the field organization. Going forward, Daniel Samad will be supporting the Northern California, Southern California, and Northeast regions, and I will be supporting BSG, GCM, the Central, Canadian, and Southeast regions. Helen Liu will continue to support all G&A groups. We are aiming to have January financials finalized in the first two weeks of March.
