--000000000000816a6805ea503315 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="UTF-8" Hi Tim, My current understanding for Ontario is that home care is an exempt industry for OT when it comes to the number of hours worked per week, but is required to be paid for anyone working over 12 hours in a day. We currently pay OT when a caregiver works more than 12 hours shifts. OT is also paid when a caregiver works a stat holiday. Hope this helps!
