Hello everyone,

I hope you are doing well. I've listened to the calls from last Thursday -
yesterday, and there are 9 calls which need a follow-up because they were
abandoned, never got through, or are care inquiries that weren't entered in
SF.

For Montreal, there are 5 calls, including 2 care inquiries, which need
follow-up. Those can be found here
