I know she is quite busy at the moment and may be behind on email, so pinging her on chat is probably better right now. I did ping her and she said it does take longer for the bank to fund the accounts for Canada and also there is the step that it takes to audit the expense reports after they are approved before payment. We are looking to shorten the audit turnaround with Coupa in 2024.
