One of the 24/7's is scheduled to drop down to overnights starting Saturday and another (Jane) is scheduled to end services after this week. I am working on extending 24/7 with Jane by another week and then start a schedule to "wean" her off of 24/7. My goal is to keep her as a LT Tier 2 until she needs to increase care again.
