Best of luck to all of our offices!* In conducting this audit, we also noticed some discrepancies across Facebook pages for HCA locations and wanted to use this contest as an opportunity to get everyone on the same page and ensure brand consistency across sites. To help you in this effort, we have attached both logo and timelines images that you can save to your desktop and upload to your Facebook page. We also noticed that some of you use a picture of your retail office for the timeline image (here is an example ). We love this and encourage others to do the same. If you have any trouble sizing the image, please reach out to Kathryn Zakskorn . We also noticed that the way offices are categorizing their Facebook pages are also all over the board, so please find a "How-to Guide" attached to ensure that your page is set-up correctly. Lastly, to help you drive more customer reviews (these can also be from caregivers and referral sources), we have created a step-by-step how-to guide for inserting the Yelp, Google and Facebook review icons into your signature and hyperlinking them to your specific review page. This should be done in addition to emailing satisfied customers and asking them for reviews (please find the two letter templates attached).
