Well, I guess it's both good and bad that there's not an overarching reason haha. Good in that it might have just been an off month or two, bad in that there's not a clear fix. While Joey entering more does explain Montreal, it doesn't explain much about the other regions. For example, the three where the client's full name is a phone number are both from Toronto. How could someone be considered qualified if they aren't even willing to give us their name? Or were they just not entered (in which case they should be)? We'll do our best to improve the cost per lead/cost per opportunity next month so that hopefully there will be more for the team to work with. The issue clearly reared its head in March when the Care Commitment started. How has overall conversion done for your region since then? I know you mentioned that some markets like Montreal have had strong SOC numbers overall, so trying to gauge how similar or different this performance is to what you're seeing in general.
