Can our answer wait until we talk on Wednesday? OT fluctuated after a few tough weeks of high weekend call offs. We don=E2= =80=99t have enough caregivers that work weekends which drives the OT gap. We=E2= =80=99ve been working to address this with recruiting for a long time. We just had a call with Analissa last week where this was brought up again. Once they hire a new recruiter for us we expect (or hope) it will be fixed.
