I wanted to provide an update in regards to the General Manager position in Solon, OH. We had a final candidate interview on Friday with Steve Sudberry and Will Reid and unfortunately they have decided to pass on her. After speaking with Steve today for additional feedback on this, he mentioned that this role is supposed to be a "hybrid" role with a 50% GM focus and a 50% sales focus. I was under the impression this role has some aspect of sales of course but not that it was a true hybrid role and this is why they are passing on our candidate (copied Audra to provide feedback on her interview). My question is - is this an accurate representation as to what the role is supposed to be? He also mentioned they may change this to an HCL role since it is sales based. I would just hate to pass on a qualified candidate if it is not in fact a hybrid role.
