Specifically I am requesting a that each day the team pulls a detail from their respective accounts showing all of the activity from the prior day and they send this info to paymentapplication@thekey.com. Until we can come up with a better solution whereby my team has direct access to these accounts this is the best I can come up to ensure the Cash Application team gets the necessary info to apply cash payments against open invoices.
