You can share this and they need to understand if shared this is only being paid out for the individual who 100% is recruiting caregivers. That list was given to Kerry who is being copied on this email. If as we move to SOM you decide to place folks in that bucket she and I need to know so they can qualify for the plan. We are not going to pay anyone who is'nt doing this 100% the bonus so if someone is helping you have two choices - find or hire a 100% recruiter or make them a 100% recruiter.
