She's overwhelmed as her team is short-staffed and she's managing intake and a certain caseload. Any additional help here would be welcome. She tried to call blue cross this morning but was on hold for 45 minutes. From what I understand this would be similar to your long term care insurance in the US. Blue Cross is the insurance company and they have approved this client for 16 hours a week. The blue cross phone number is 1800-355-9133, would it be possible for the billing team to call them instead of Cheryl? Let me know, Thanks On Tue, Mar 12, 2024 at 9:56=E2=80=AFAM Laszlo Kovacs wrote: GM Sir, I=E2=80=99m sure Cheryl will raise this to you, but wanted to be proactive = by sharing. I do know things are done differently in Canada and I wish I could help you out more, we will learn together how to handle this claim. *Edie Gibbs* *Manager, Specialty Billing * *813-687-4821* * egibbs@TheKey.com"Staying together is progress, working together is success"*[image: Image removed by sender. What form do you need filled out each month? We do not receive the same form as Alberta because again, this is private insurance not part of a program. The client is not a veteran so there is no VA involved in this case. I will sign this form and send it to Blue Cross but how does that change how TheKey bills? I need to know what you need in order to submit the bills to the insurance company. With Chuck's clients, he provides us with the billing information and forms, we complete at the end of the month, download it to his files and Chuck prints and signs the form, mails it for us.
