The next step would be to send invites out to all the users so they can login to 8x8 and get familiar with the apps. Once the invites are sent out and everyone is able to log into 8x8, it's a matter of testing the call flow to make sure all the users are ringing. (514-418-6325 is setup as a temporary number to test call flow and to forward to) Once that's confirmed as correct, we would set up a forward from your old provider to 8x8 (at that point your users would be answering live calls on 8x8) and then we can submit for the port which can take between one and three weeks depending on complexity.
