There are actually some adjustments coming to our pricing models and bank of hours system coming up but any current bank of hours will remain unchanged. However, with the current bank of hours, they never expire and can be used for any small job or support request. We do our best to provide the total current hours and an estimate of how many will be used before starting any job. So come November, the hours will remain the same and will be available until they are used up. Moving forward we are no longer offering tiered pricing on bulk hours. I've included a small excerpt from the email sendout (I believe it was sent or it will be send in the very near future): ------------------------------------------- 3. BANK OF HOURS We=E2=80=99ve retired the complimentary bank of hours for our maintenance p= lans as well as our tiered pricing on bulk hours. Any complimentary hours offered prior to that date will be honored. Moving forward, when you renew your maintenance plan, complimentary hours will no longer be added to your account. All new support requests will be invoiced at one standard rate. Additionally, we=E2=80=99re no longer requiring that you keep a minimum num= ber of pre-paid hours in your pre-paid bank in order for us to provide support. If you do have hours in your bank, we=E2=80=99ll always use those first. We=E2= =80=99re happy to accept any pre-paid hours and manage the usage of those for you as we do today, we=E2=80=99re just no longer forcing it upon you. 4. PRICING MODEL We=E2=80=99ve published an Investment & Pricing page on our website! You'll find a breakdown of our pricing models for our services, maintenance plans, as well as some frequently asked questions (FAQs). - Our prices have been updated to keep up with inflation and rising costs. The new rates will be applied to all new quoted projects, pay-as-you-go work, prepaid bank of hours, and maintenance plans. - We=E2=80=99ve simplified our service rate language and have decided to g= roup our rates into either quoted or actuals. We used to group our rates into quoted, bank of hours, and pay-as-you go. Now there is a simple dichotom= y between work that is detailed and quoted, versus requests that will be charged for actual time spent and allow for ad-hoc requests and flexible planning. - Note that we offer 20% discount to nonprofits and agency partners on all our web development, marketing, and support work except maintenance plan fees. ------------------------------------------- Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
