They have been there for a couple of weeks and are still adapting to the change which is considerable. I am slowly trying to determine what support Vista can give them so I am thinking of not having Fritz come this sunday and having my parents catered by Vista instead. Obviously it will not be the same type of dedicated care that Fritz has been providing but I need to see exactly how different it is and whether Vista can support them or not. All that being said, I guess I am asking if I can cancel Fritz this Sunday.
