What's weird is that I don't see the "charge tax" button in the profile for Montreal clients. Please see below. We will have to adjust in settings, it's most likely set to not charge tax, that's why the button is not popping up. I don't have access to agency settings in clearcare but Tim can assist. @Timothy Thomas C= an you send a screenshot of the tax setup under the agency settings for Montreal clearcare please?
