Second, there are a few accounts listed on the letter which are 110474597916,110474597924, and 110474597932 that don=E2=80=99t exist on our= system, the only account under Prairie Senior Care Inc at SCU is 110473377934. Third, on the Manitoba company office, Prairie Senior Care Inc has four directors who are Brian, Thomas, Timothy, and Chen. The letter of direction requires all of directors=E2=80=99 signatures not just Chen Xie. Can you please help me to amend the letter? I am looking into the organization structure, as I have already explained to Timothy, we need to determine if any individual owns at least 25% of the company, so I am wondering if you can provide us with the owner structure?
