She is currently working 12 hours a week with a client who is paying $30/hr. She isn't asking for an increase, and Joey is suggesting that we not address it until she asks, but I think that it's better practice and more professional to give the increase at the year anniversary. Having said that, I would go to $15.30 which is 2%. Thoughts?
