She has been getting emails for leads out of our service area starting on her first day with us. I was with her when she sent her first email to Salesforce asking for resolution. Her laptop is also not working properly. The screen will randomly close and then several more screens will appear and her arrow won=E2=80=99t work. Can we please get this resolved ASAP? I want to make sure that she is not marked as behind in any of her trainings while this is happening- it is definitely not her fault.
