We hope you are enjoying this weekly sales communication. Last week we announced our *World Alzheimer's Day Virtual Convention: Empower, Engage and Enhance the Mind*! Next Monday, September 21st, starting at 9:30 am PST, we will have leading experts in the fields of brain health present on the current state of Alzheimer's research and how to promote cognitive health through social connectivity, engagement, nutrition, and more! To see a line-up of our impressive speakers and topics, and to register, visit our website . The event itself spans 4 1/2 hours, but attendees will be able to pick and choose which sessions they would like to attend. *Who to invite? Everyone! Referral partners, clients, caregivers, your network of family and friends. * - Our Marketing Toolkit for this event includes: - Flyer - Email template for referral partners - LinkedIn Banner image for your profile - Memes promoting the event and each individual speaker are part of our Social Media Marketing calendar. While your current plan for the office's social media may already include these, attached you will find 6 posts that you might include on your personal social media outlets. Maria Shriver and the World Alzheimer's Movement will also be promoting this event today in their newsletter as well as Seniorly, who will be emailing thousands of their senior living community contacts and agent partners. On our end, we will be promoting this regularly through our Caregiving Collection weekly email and social media brand channels along with media outreach through our PR firm. *National Assisted Living Week started yesterday and runs through September 19th! *As a strategy, *h*ost a parking lot appreciation pick-up for staff members and caregivers at your top assisted living, *making sure to fin**d out the shift change time. *Pick a day next week when you can go for an hour around that time and set-up a table, wear your mask, and pass out something in appreciation to all of the nurses, caregivers, etc. that will be getting off their shift or going into a shift! *Gift Ideas:* - Pre-packaged meals - Buy a few things on Amazon in bulk and assemble individual bags - Mini succulents from Lowe's, Home Depot, Trader Joe's, etc. with a cute/funny note like, "*Social Distancing Succs...but you Rock! Thanks for all of your hard work during this pandemic*!" Samples from google attached. Take pictures to include in your for social media! posts. *Advance Strategy*: On the heels of this event, email the ED and ask for a meeting to go over our new COVID flyer (attached, and see detailed explanation below) that talks about the current protocols HCA has in place to protect our caregivers and their residents/staff members. Either have a 1:1 in-person or zoom meeting with the ED about this topic, or ho
