I would like to know how one CSM with 10,920 billable hours is earning more than someone managing 15,974 hours. Cathy Gerth is a few hours away from the "Rockstar" award and yet is earning significantly less than others with far less hours and about $1000 less than a CSM who is only managing about 50 more hours than she is. I have attached here Cathy's incentive for review as I can't see how this is correct.
