Effective Monday, May 13th, we will begin regionalizing our intake teams to serve as the primary point of contact for incoming leads. This change is pivotal to improving both the effectiveness and efficiency of our client intake experience=E2=80=94an essential component o= f our growth strategy. Recognizing the critical role of the intake process in our sales pipeline, this adjustment aims to optimize our first point of contact with potential clients. Our goal is to ensure that every interaction reflects the high standards and unique value propositions of TheKey. To achieve this, our regional intake teams will be equipped with the skills necessary to adeptly handle objections and advocate for our differentiators. We acknowledge that transitioning to this new structure may present challenges. It is imperative that we all stay deeply engaged and supportive of our intake teams during this period. Your proactive involvement will be crucial in mitigating any teething problems and driving the success of this initiative. In preparation for this transition, the GMs and Intake Managers have already begun collaborating with our Regional Directors to refine our short-term plan. Furthermore, regional calls will be held tomorrow, led by the Regional Directors of Operations. These sessions will include intake team members, GMs, and our HCLs.
