Scott called me this morning and said she is being put on a PIP and he was wondering if it would make sense to offer her a position as CSM. I am absolutely in favor of that move. I had actually thought about it but now see it as more of an opportunity. I am thinking it will not affect the bottom line because we are not adding a salary but instead moving her salary from Sales to Operations. On a separate topic I am wondering if it would make sense to let Lluvia go and have Chicago CSMs take over staffing Michigan. Chicago CSMs covered Michigan for three weeks with very little extra lift. I see moving staffing for Michigan to Chicago as an opportunity to lose a salary and increase our overall net.
