I did not know that Chuck was paying them / sending them to payroll on his own. I was sending him a proof approval email and then following up at a later date with a payment email (at the same time I was sending the others to Irin, Sam and Carolina), but it seems like he was paying them after I sent the proofs for approval. I think the confusion came as he was an "approver" and a "payer". From now on, he will just be receiving the "approval" email, so hopefully that will clear things up. Confirming that I will be sending all CAN commissions for payment to Irin moving forward. I will CC you. Thanks!
