We will communicate the following to Corp/Field employees and Caregivers in Manitoba: - Updated 2024 benefit premiums - Benefit plan enhancements - Transition to bi-weekly benefit deductions (26) versus semi-monthly (twice a month). - Cost share adjustment effective June 1 - Employer 70% / Employee 30% from Employer 80% / Employee 20% Below are the details of the communication plan: - An email with a flyer will be sent to Corp/Field employees on May 15 highlighting the benefit updates - Chandani will send a separate email to the Manitoba Caregivers enrolled in benefits - Two (2) webinars will be scheduled within the next few weeks to inform employees of the changes and allow for questions - Benefits information will be posted on Workplace Let me know if you have any questions.
