We still don't have the proper keys for our apartment yet. Once we do one should be left for the aides at reception. Sandy should not ring or knock as I'm concerned my mum will try and get out of bed. Last night when the night aide left she left the door open but we were not comfortable with this and she had someone from 3rd floor lock the door . We've been told that the apartment must be locked at all times for security and theft purposes. Maybe we should get a lock box as well? We need to figure this out without having multiple keys in circulation etc Thanks!
