I phoned Ceridian to ask if there is an alternate plan in place and what will happen. I was told that we will have to sign up for the "self serve" option with Ceridian. Tim, I believe this is the option in Ceridian that the rep told us about a while back. There is a fee per active employee in Ceridian (whether they have a pay or not - and that includes those people "on leave"). Everyone has to have a valid email address in their Ceridian profile to have access to the service. Ultimately, Tim will need to call Ceridian to discuss our account and that the next steps are.
