Although we don't have any EAP in Calgary, what is the next step for her? My only concern with Chandani is that she has recently taken many personal days off. She has taken every Tuesday off this month and two other vacation days. Since we have signed our new job offers, we have yet to set a policy around the number of personal days employees receive. It has never been an issue with anyone except Chandani. We need her in her position as we are already so short-staffed. It strains the organization when she only works 4 days a week. Can we have her take her vacation days instead of a personal day? Would you like to reach out to her, or how do you think we should proceed?
