There are quite a few gaps that we would need to address proactively. We need to develop an employee handbook and province-specific onboarding documents that are labour law compliant. Is Shameema involved in the development of any of these documents? The folder shared by Greg has many resources we can leverage and modify for Canada. The current employee handbook would require legal oversight to bring it to Canadian standards.
