HI Tim. I am writing on two matters. 1. Can HCA send me a statement listing services charged/paid etc for Mr= s Barbara Cavadias? We have the bank record of payments and monthly invoices at our= end but a single statement of services rendered/paid etc would be helpful for year= end accounting/ tax credit etc . I believe services began around Christmas weekend 2017 and en= ded in April 2018 2. Barbara's situation has changed significantly since May and she is= now a long term resident at the IUGM ( Geriatric Institute U of Montreal: http://www.iugm= .qc.ca/accueil.html) on Queen Mary (near the Oratoire). It is more like a nursing home situati= on. We are looking at the idea of again hiring a companion to spend some time with her durin= g the week and weekend - mainly evening shifts or late afternoon/evening on a weekend. The IUGM residence is very well staffed from a physical care point of v= iew so it would be more to keep her active / give her company in the evenings as she stays u= p late and is still mobile. IUGM operates primarily in French. Does HCA caregivers/companions have any experience working with clients = at IUGM?
