Joey and Sandra were in = c.c.i. in this email. In summary: I sent an email last Wednesday (August 14, 2024) to the person = in charge of those publications at CISSS du Bas-St-Laurent with our 3 quest= ions. After automatically receiving a notice of absence, I forwarded the em= ail a few minutes later to his replacement. Since I still hadn't received a= reply to my email, I sent another email to the person in charge and his re= placement last Friday (August 16, 2024), the last day these notices were po= sted on the SEAO. These 5 complaints to the CISSS are therefore related to this. Furthermore,= in accordance with the law, I had until today to also submit a complaint t= o the AMP, which I have just finalized. So I've completed another 5 complai= nt forms, this time in web format. You'll find them attached to this email. Let's wait and see what feedback we get. It is possible that the AMP will declare our complaints inadmissible, judgi= ng that we should have expressed our interest to the CISSS anyway. This sit= uation is a bit of a grey area.
