Healthy pipeline for 2nd month that is diverse from sources and locations from Guelph, KW= to Cambridge. Would like to work towards a steady consistent main source in the future. Healthy momentum is starting, lots of opportunities to kee= p working, many contacts still to be made and relationships to further. Th= e calendar is really filling up for the next couple weeks. - London: Learned about Annual Refresher Day in Geriatric Medicine in London next Wed. Registered, working on giveaway Notepads, banner. Big opportunity to make new contacts in London plus Geretraic professionals from Ontario. The goal is to connect with all the other vendors, most ar= e targets and attendees. - Carespace: Had Lunch and learn with Clinic Directors. Very successful! They saw the value, aligned with their model for holistic care and thoug= ht of Patients who they could refer. Talked about partnership opportunities with President -Gerry they are also looking for new patients. I have a personal network referral. Can add them to trusted referrals for CLients/staff/intake calls. - Chartwell Clair Hills: Lead/SOC late Friday, quick start Friday evening. A successful follow-up to demonstrate value. Separated follow up meeting with Sales, HWM, GM reviewed quick responses, can trust us they are a priority to me, met all the families preferences (males) adjusted the ho= urs once settled after the weekend, flexible. CSM is regular communication w= ith higher-need family, expanding their care team. - Revera Granite Landing: Great Lead/ SOC from Sales Consultant for Elora prospect. Also met with DSW, only my collateral is in nurses office and will refer to us. - Spotlight on Seniors networking group meeting was hosted at Chartwell Queen=E2=80=99s Square, was able to have several points of contact and v= isits this week to follow up from the presentation last week with the new managemen= t team. Elephant Lead is in the Pipeline, working to help them accept a high-needs new resident with conditions of private care services, the ar= e reccommending with TheKey. - Breaking into Chartwell Royal on Gordon, received 2 leads in a week. They have a strong ties to Home Instead Guelph. Both Bee/Cheetah and los= t due to Price. D
