Her handicap son lives with her, but the C= LSC is coming in to help with him every day. She only wants English speakin= g fully vaccinated female caregiver. I have staffed it until Tuesday 7pm. * Mr. Leibovitch passed away. * Please look into what happened with Samuel Onyema=92s shift the night= of September 3rd to the 4th because there seems to be a lot of confusion a= round his shift. He was cancelled by us, so he did not go to his shift but = the residence had called Friday night looking for him and today the recept= ionist is asking if he worked. I left the shift in red as =AB Attention req= uired=BB. * Major issue at Chateau sur le Lac on Alycia Baranyai=92s shift on Fri= day September 3rd . The staff LPN replacing Alycia Baranyai did not show up= . She and the PABs working were trying to reach everyone on the emergency n= umbers listed. Nothing. Finally around midnight they reached another nurse = that works there and she agreed to come in. Alycia was really upset, crying= because she was exhausted. She ended up working until 1am. * Olha "Olga" Bilocerkiwsky (LPN) cancelled her shift at Belvederes (La= chine) on Thursday saying it is too for her. I haven=92t touched CC or advi= sed the residence as Joey said not too because it is not an acceptable reas= on for her to cancel her shift and wants Melissa to handle it on Tuesday si= nce she booked her. * Scott- Clarence had a family emergency and couldn=92t make it to his = shift on Saturday. No replacement needed. * Gross: Paramjeet was 45 minutes late to her shift on Saturday. Neema = stayed until she arrived * Matalon- Gurdev Kaur took the shift on Monday * Pearl- On Sunday, the son picked up Mr. Pearl at 10:15 and Barakat co= uldn't go with them because there was no space in the car. They told her sh= e can go home. We are still charging and paying her until 12 pm * Cardin- All day shifts have been changed to 9am to 1 pm as per family= =92s request. Yeshi & Sepideh aware * Kotansky- Faith called off her shift for Tuesday saying that since th= ey cancelled her shift tomorrow she won=92t work Tuesday so she can travel.= She cancels shifts almost every week.
