When all the documents such as lease schedule, banking info were sent by the Landlord, was it expected that Corporate would be paying for the monthly rent? Was any of this communicated to corporate AP and @An Ly ? I believe if a Canadian vendor is to be paid by Corporate AP, the vendor needs to complete and submit a W8BEN form. I think we need to figure out where the disconnect is so it doesn't happen again. For future Calgary rent payment (July and onward), Chuck has already talked to the landlord and they're ok with setting up automatic withdrawal from HCA Calgary's bank account. I suggest we do this instead of having Corporate pay for it. This would eliminate any needs for intercompany transactions and ensure the monthly rent is paid on time. @Chu= ck Terlesky @Timothy Thomas Let me know if you're ok with this. Thanks.
