Hi Angie,
As you know, my experience has been the same.
We need to have a group discussion with lead of the intake team, as well as
local discussions with those responsible for our regions to fine tune
expectations, geography of resources etc.
I think once that communication happens and expectations are aligned, this
will be a great opportunity to grow our business.
