I'm in the field part of today but can do this later this afternoon. To recap the out of pocket issue, Concur didn't accept Cdn banking information. Eric Spurr had provided a work around (last week while I was off) to set up Canadian banking information in Concur. I entered the faux banking info he provided and sent Eric my real banking info and submitted an expense yesterday, as per his directions. I used the default GL code in the Concur app for the expense but remain unsure if that was the correct GL code and wanted clarity on which code(s) I should be using. I don't mind waiting (another week+) for payment if more time is needed to sort this out so that the correct system can be in place for ongoing forward. Please advise if you would like me to submit to Sam & cc Angie today or wait until we can wait until next week for a longer term solution.
