French Canada will be held back until possibly Q4 to ensure we can get the language requirements for materials taken care of. At this time, we are likely staying with the current holding company/subsidiary structure, due to liability run out on newer acquisitions. We may look at more consolidations later, but we should move forward as is for now. I will verify with Nina/outside counsel whether there are any notice or other timing needs for a name change, and verify we are good to go forward. Dan and Tim, if you could kindly verify the operational needs and timing for a rebrand, and see if we need any additional resources to assist.
