Pros were that she was confident, well spoken, knew the field, and had good contacts. Cons were she knows the space well outside of the areas we function as well as she seems to be stronger with the french community. Overall, I think she has the tools to work with and I would be happy to coach her on the areas and markets to focus on!! I would like to meet her one more time, in person (our office in Westmount) before making a formal offer. She was expecting 6 weeks vacation (I think the best we could do is 4 with her 5 personal/sick days).
