This initiative will be overseen by the McGill University Research Centre i= n Studies in Aging and the McGill Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, = specifically the Division of Geriatric Medicine and the Dementia Education = Program, supported by the Office of Education Technology and Online Learnin= g at the Steinberg Centre for Simulation and Interactive Learning. Together= , they are leading complementary initiatives devoted to prevention, diagnos= tics, management, education, knowledge dissemination and support for care p= artners. An expert team led by Dr. Serge Gauthier, with Dr. Pedro Rosa-Neto, Dr. Jos= =E9 A. Morais, Claire Webster, Dr. Tamara Ellen Carver, Zeina Salameh, Caro= l Servaes, Maria Vincelli, Diane Weidner and Leila Zahabi are already worki= ng towards the 2021 report: Journey through the diagnosis of dementia. The = report is scheduled for launch during World Alzheimer's Month in September = 2021, alongside a global awareness raising campaign.
