I understand the CPA that prepares your monthly financials will provide Yarona and our team with a set of financials as of the 25th as well as the month end for reporting purposes. I will look to leverage this for most of the balances related to working capital and indebtedness and will revert to you with any questions as we receive the information. There are two areas I need your help with: 1. Tax obligation - I understand your accountant estimated an obligation of $326,750 for the period 5/1/20 - 1/24/21. In order to confirm this number, we ask that you prepare the filing with your accountant, and provide us a copy for a quick review with our tax advisor. 2. Transaction related expenses - please provide copies of all invoices related to transaction expenses, both from your CPA and attorneys.
