For Deepika: Mrs. Shousterman was very mean to her and would tell her she isn't doing her job correctly. She would stand in back of Deepika to watch her work, which made Deepika uncomfortable. Mr. Shousterman was also verbally abusive to her, but she felt that it was brought on by his wife. For Jennifer: Mrs. Shousterman was verbally abusive towards her. She kept telling her that she can sue whoever she wants, but we aren't sure why she said that. She kept "reminding" her that she pays her salary and that she can throw her out of her house whenever she wants. Jennifer also witnessed Mrs. Shousterman yell at the CLSC nurse, and this is what made her want to officially quit the client. On another note, the CLSC has spoken to Mrs. Shousterman many times about her behaviour towards their staff, she actually told me that herself. There are even caregivers from the CLSC that refuse to work at the Shousterman household. Hope this was helpful.
