Hi Tim and Tim, &nbsp; Nice to sort of see you guys this past week. Amazing work o= n all the awards and your crazy success this year. &nbsp; I am wondering if you guys have = a sample of a contract with a PCH that you use for staffing that we could t= ake a look at? We starting doing some nursing staffing in September and we = don=E2=80=99t have one in place. Last week a PCH threw a ton of business at= us, but basically just begged us to provide staff and there was no discuss= ion of bill rates. I am sure I can get at least the rate I need to be succe= ssful but really do feel we need something in writing. Any chance you can t= ell me a bit about the process you went though, how the rates change as the= re is covid/no-covid outbreaks? They are wanting us to send 4-5 people per = shift for 21 shifts per week so it is quite a bit of business and we are sc= rambling to fill the shifts and just wanting to make sure we do it right.
