I have 1 client that will add in hours to have us stay with his wife for the day so he can go play golf. Last week he didn't add any hours but the week prior to that he did. Then I've had a few shifts that were canceled due to family being in for spring break. On an up note, we should be having a tier 1 client start on Monday. We have a few other assessments that sound like they are ready to go but are unsure of the hours right now and no one that we are planning on ending services. I don't want to jinx us! This isn't a part of the slides but we have struggled with the margin due to the influx of Carescout clients. Right now it's worse than usual. Our regulations require that we do a set of courses for annual education each year around this time. I did manage to find new courses this year and cut the amount of time in half, but it's all unbillable hours we are obviously paying out. This should be completed by the end of this month and things should start improving on that end.
