Yesterday, we hosted a visit from an Occupational Health and Safety officer for a comprehensive review of our policies and procedures. Following the assessment, the officer has issued a Notice to Produce Report with urgent requirements. These include establishing a health and safety committee, implementing a working alone procedure, devising an emergency response plan, and ensuring the presence of workplace safety and harassment policies, along with associated procedures. These measures are crucial for our compliance and need to be addressed promptly. In line with our ongoing efforts to comply, I've included two GMs, Chuck and Cheryl, in this correspondence. We're currently awaiting the provision of these documents for the Canadian team. The officer issued the notice today, setting a compliance deadline for *April 19th, 2024*. I've already contacted her requesting an extension and am awaiting her response.
