Can you please resend the email where you state that you 'addressed the subscription fees in a previous email'. Please reread the thread of emails regarding this issue - where I do not see any ambiguity in the issue. I clearly stated my dissatisfaction with the system in an email on May 31 - and asked that the service be cancelled and the funds reimbursed. (Message copied below) There was a response from Maryham on May 31 stating that if we did not wish to proceed, 'We will of course waive the charges for the installed equipment..." (Message copied below) Despite this, and many further emails from me confirming my position on this, your team refuses to acknowledge my requests and your commitments. Please arrange for reimbursement as soon as possible. If there is any ambiguity in this message or any previous correspondence, please call me. Hoping we can put an end to these futile exchanges.
