After careful consideration, we believe the advantages of the WellSky Family Room far exceed those of the Family App. With this new platform, Client Contacts will have real-time access to their loved ones=E2=80=99 car= e. Here=E2=80=99s what you can look forward to: - Improved Efficiency: Access to real-time data, including care logs, shift details, and visit notes. - Chat Feature: Client Contacts will be able to submit messages to the office and track the conversation. - People Management: View all the client's contacts and their Family Room permissions.
