--0000000000008011d805f2151f43 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="UTF-8" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Hi Tim, Following our phone call about orientation in Canada - this is some feedback from the Ambassadors - as we just started to use TheKey orientations slide deck.Orientation feedback: - The benefits page is not relevant information, nor do we have benefits yet( I also think a slide should be included about other perks of working with us) - The elder abuse number is for California. - App features: being able to view open shifts, to accept and decline shifts. This is not in our app in Canada. I=E2=80=99ve emailed Beth and = Liz to clarify, just in case it hasn=E2=80=99t launched yet. - Mobility training videos are not great, like the transfer for total care and bed bathing. - I do also think an additional presentation with local information and introductions will still be needed. (policy for sick time and vacation) - We don't have a Canadian manual for caregivers to read and have access to the local policies and procedures. - Care Academy is not in all Canadian markets - this still needs to have a master account. Thus Dementia/Mobility training can not be done from h= ome. - Ontario clients and facilities generally want caregivers trained in GPA. - Slides need to be in French for Montreal caregivers. I'll keep you updated as we are all getting familiar with the content, but generally speaking, some minor tweaks need to be addressed to use this content in Canada.
