On the matter of payment of invoices, I look forward to seeing the short help videos and determine whether your new system can accommodate a way in which The Key can receive our monthly payments (approx. mid-month) more efficiently than as I currently do (I put then a cheque in the mail to your office in Toronto. We have had discussions on this point before, and I would have thought your centralized office procedures would allow to have notes on file that indicate we are a regular paying customer and do not need to receive semi-threatening (suspension of services) emails like the one below, which I suspect are generated by your computer system. The regularity with which these are received or the calls from your collection department in Florida get tiring after a while.
